RealtyBates® is a licensed California brokerage. We are independent and therefore have the flexibility to receive and provide referral fees from other brokers and agents.

Whether you are a Referral Agent or simply want to refer us a matter and receive a referral fee, fill out our Referral Form and we will take care of the rest and keep you posted on the status of the transaction.

The referral fee we pay to referring Agents is normally 30% of the net fees we actually receive at close of escrow from representing your client referral only. The amount we receive may vary depending on the size and amount of any cash rebate provided to a client referral that buys a home or the discount from the standard listing fee we offer when a client referral sells a home 

Simply complete our Sign-Up Form, place your license with RealtyBates and sign our contractor agreement, and we will pay you a Referral Fee from the net fees we receive at closing for any the transactions you refer us. Contact us to get additional details or Sign Up now.

When you park your license with RealtyBates®, you save thousand of dollars by avoiding the need to pay annual dues and fees for local and national associations, the MLS, E&O insurance, as well as office and marketing fees. You will need to maintain your state agent’s or broker’s license. You earn a referral fee when one of the transactions that you refer us closes escrow. We will pay you the Referral Fee after we receive such fees from escrow, which will be subject to certain deductions such as cash rebates provided to buyer client referrals and other costs incurred by RealtyBates.  At the end of the year, we will send you a 1099.  

You can only serve as a Referral Agent with RealtyBates®. However, as a bonus, you can get up to 50% of the net commissions we receive as your agent when you buy real estate for yourself and you prepare the documentation with our oversight. If you are selling a property that you own, we can provide you a discounted listing fee if you use us for a subsequent purchase transaction.
